Our Policies

At Lash Art Brow, every appointment is thoughtfully reserved to provide a personalized, high-quality experience. These policies are in place to honor your time, protect reserved appointment availability, and ensure smooth scheduling for every client.

Cancellation Policy

To help maintain an accommodating schedule for all clients, a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduling request.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service to the card on file. This charge is non-refundable.

If the canceled appointment time is successfully filled, a refund of the charged amount may be issued. Please note that exclusions may still apply.

Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling requests are always welcome with proper notice. However, repeated appointment changes may affect future scheduling flexibility.

Late Arrival Policy

If you anticipate being late, please call ahead as soon as possible. Arriving less than 15 minutes late, every effort will be made to provide the full service, though the full appointment price will still apply.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may need to be shortened, adjusted, or treated as a no-show depending on the schedule.

No-Show Policy

Missed appointments without notice may be charged 100% of the scheduled service to the card on file.

After two no-shows, full payment may be required upfront for future appointments.

Before Your Appointment

To help streamline your first visit, please complete any required consent forms prior to your appointment. Forms can be accessed through the confirmation link sent to the email used when booking.
