Here at Lash Art Brow, we're dedicated to providing exceptional service while understanding that life can throw us unexpected surprises. Your cooperation is key in helping us serve you and others effectively. To ensure fairness and smooth services for all, we've established the following policies.
Cancellation Policy – In order to maintain an accommodating schedule for all our clients, we kindly request a minimum of 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests before your scheduled appointment time.
- Notice Period: Clients must provide a minimum of 24-hour notice prior to the scheduled appointment time for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.
- Charges: Failure to provide the required notice will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled services to the credit card on file. This charge is non-refundable.
- Refunds: Clients may be eligible for a refund of the charged amount if we successfully fill the canceled appointment slot. Please note that exclusions still apply to this exception.
- Rescheduling: While we understand the need for flexibility, repeated rescheduling of appointments may affect our ability to accommodate your requests in the future.
Late Arrival Policy – If you anticipate being late, a quick call beforehand can make all the difference. Otherwise, we may assume you won't make it and could give your appointment to someone else. Arriving less than 15 minutes late, we'll still do our utmost to provide you with full service, though the full price will still apply. If you're running more than 15 minutes behind, don't worry; we'll try our best to accommodate you, but we reserve the right to treat it as a no-show.
No-Show Policy – Our no-show policy ensures fairness and efficiency in managing our appointments. If you miss your appointment without prior notice, we may charge your card for the full service fee to compensate for the missed time. After two instances of no-show, we kindly request payment upfront for any future bookings.
