Every appointment at The LAB Loft is thoughtfully reserved just for you. These guidelines help preserve the personalized, unhurried experience every client deserves.
Arriving at The LAB Loft
The LAB Loft is located inside Tempest Salon in downtown San Rafael.
If you arrive a few minutes early, you're welcome to relax in the salon's waiting area. There's no need to check in, but if anyone asks, simply let them know you're here to see Renee with Lash Art Brow.
Feel free to send me a quick text when you arrive. If I'm able to bring you back early, I'd be happy to. Otherwise, I'll come get you right at your scheduled appointment time.
Parking
Street parking is available throughout downtown San Rafael, along with several nearby public parking lots and garages.
If you're having trouble finding parking or running a few minutes behind, just send me a quick text. I've got you.
Running Late?
Life happens, and I completely understand.
If you're running behind, please send me a quick text as soon as you can.
If you arrive within 15 minutes of your appointment, I'll always do my best to complete your service as planned. Depending on the day's schedule, your appointment may need to be adjusted so the next client's experience can begin on time.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be shortened, rescheduled, or treated as a missed appointment.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
I truly believe life happens, and whenever possible, I want to be as understanding and flexible as I can.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice so I have the opportunity to offer your appointment to another client.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours, as well as missed appointments and no shows, will be considered fulfilled, and the full appointment investment will apply.
If I'm able to fill your reserved appointment time, I may, at my discretion, apply a credit or refund.
Thank you for respecting my time, as well as the time reserved for every client I have the privilege of caring for.
Before Your Appointment
Please complete any required consent forms before arriving. Your forms can be accessed through the confirmation email you'll receive after booking.
For the best possible results, I recommend arriving with clean lashes and brows whenever possible, free of makeup, mascara, and oils.
Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable, silence your phone, take a deep breath, and enjoy a little time that's just for you.
