Tuesday through Friday · 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Need more flexibility? Concierge includes after-hours appointments and private services at your home, hotel, or event location.

Arrival & parking

Enter through Tempest Salon. If you arrive early, relax in the waiting area. There’s no need to check in; I’ll come get you at your appointment time.
Allow a little extra time for parking. Downtown San Rafael has street parking and nearby public lots and garages.

Before your appointment

Complete the consent forms in your booking confirmation and arrive with clean lashes and brows whenever possible, free of makeup, mascara, and oils. See the preparation checklist for your service.

Running late?

If you’re running late, please text us at 415-691-7195 as soon as possible.

Within 15 minutes: I’ll accommodate you whenever possible. Your service may need to be adjusted to keep the next appointment on time.
More than 15 minutes: your service may need to be shortened, rescheduled, or treated as a missed appointment. Please contact me so we can discuss your options.

Cancellations, rescheduling & no-shows

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours: you are responsible for the full price of the service you booked. I understand that life happens and review each situation individually; exceptions may be made at my discretion.
No-shows: if you miss your appointment without calling or texting, the full booked service price will be charged automatically to the card on file.

This covers the time reserved for your appointment; there is no additional cancellation fee. If I’m able to fill your reserved time, I may offer a credit or refund at my discretion.
