Before Your Appointment
Please complete any required consent forms through your booking confirmation before arriving.
For the best possible results, arrive with clean lashes and brows whenever possible, free of makeup, mascara, and oils.
Then come as you are, get comfortable, and enjoy a little time that's just for you.
Arriving at The LAB Loft
Enter through Tempest Salon. If you arrive early, you're welcome to relax in the waiting area. There's no need to check in. I'll come get you at your scheduled appointment time.
Parking
Street parking is available throughout downtown San Rafael, along with nearby public parking lots and garages.
Please allow a little extra time for parking before your appointment.
Running Late?
Life happens. If you're running behind, please text me as soon as possible.
Arrivals within 15 minutes will be accommodated whenever possible, although your service may need to be adjusted to keep the rest of the day's appointments on time.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be shortened, rescheduled, or considered a missed appointment.
Cancellation + Rescheduling
Plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice so your appointment can be offered to another client.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours, missed appointments, and no shows will be considered fulfilled, and the full appointment investment will apply.
If I'm able to fill your reserved appointment time, I may, at my discretion, apply a credit or refund.
