Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our top priority at Lash Art Brow! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns:Â
- Unopened, unused Lash Care products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of your purchase amount.
- After 30 days, unopened, unused products are no longer eligible for a refund.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at lab@lashartbrow.com. We'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Please securely package your return items to prevent damage during transit.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days upon receipt of the returned order.
- We do not cover the cost of return shipping.
Damages and Issues:
- Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at lab@lashartbrow.com. We'll work to resolve the issue promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
- Perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases cannot be returned.
- Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
- If you need to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status for your refund. Approved refunds will be automatically processed to your original payment method.
- Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
