A little preparation goes a long way.

These simple steps help us make the most of your appointment. Come comfortable and ready to relax—I’ll take care of the rest.

For every appointment

Complete your consent forms. Use the forms sent with your booking confirmation before you arrive.
Arrive with clean lashes and brows whenever possible, free of makeup, mascara, oils, and residue.
Allow time for parking. Find the address, hours, and arrival details on the Studio Info page.

Lash extensions

Come with clean lashes. Every appointment includes a professional cleanse. Heavy makeup or buildup may need extra cleansing and reduce the time available for your lash application.
Skip caffeine or other stimulants if possible. They can make it harder to relax and may cause your eyes to flutter.
If you wear contact lenses, I recommend removing them before your appointment for maximum comfort.

Lash lifts & brow lamination

Wash your hair beforehand if possible. Your lashes and brows need to stay dry for the first 48 hours after your treatment.
Plan for those first two days. You can wash your face with a washcloth while keeping the treated lashes or brows dry. See Aftercare for the full guidance.
